Anyone own an elliptical machine? If so, could you recommend a brand or a specific machine?

I am looking to add a good cardio workout to my toning exercises & weight training.

MTV Yoga is actually very difficult. I had trouble the first time that I did it. If you want to make sure you do yoga a few times a week and still start to tone up, you may also want to try a 20 minute yoga video with another totally separate video. Denise Austin has a ton of yoga videos. I used to do her power yoga (20min) with either her pilates (20 min) or kickboxing (20 min).

I think the kickboxing one we actually did together once. I suggest a good combo like this (though i'm not a huge Denise Austin fan) because with the short workouts you can mix and match based on your mood and energy level.
