Well, instead of buying a USB2 card for my old G4 in order to use the new ipod video that Brian got me for Christmas, I decided to get a new MacBook Pro. I really needed a laptop for work anyway.
Oh only hectic on the way that some asshole nearly run over my daughter prior to xmas...anyway we all survived..I made a LJ post about it. Growing out into a Long Aline I assume....eitherway Im sure it will be stunning as ever on you.
Yep all good...the lil girl was outside playing and only just missed being killed by a drunk driver who lost control of his car whilst doing burnouts, and slid accross our grass slamming into our letter box and my girls car. My daugter went across the road 1 minute prior to the crash....we thought she had been crushed under the car.....Luckily for all of us, she wasnt!
OMG, I can't even imagine how upset your family was. Thank goodness everything is okay. I wish people were more careful and responsible with driving. There was a bad wreck around here on NYE with a drunk driver. He plowed into a pole and killed himself. So sad.
Oh my lady went balistic at the guy whilst he was sitting in his car afterwards...He was young (19) the car was High Performance and 1 day old....He is now paying for all damages out of his own pocket...
Alls well now though....moving on.
Deaths on roads suck as the 1 your talking about are just a waste.
