On this day...

in 1865, my historical boyfriend Abraham Lincoln died. *sad face*

In other news, I have found the world's most kick-ass resource for people trying to research Allied country newspaper responses to the bombing of Hiroshima. Or indeed newspaper articles from any date in the past 100 or so years. Oh yeah, I've found THE MOTHERSHIP for history majors.

uni stuff, captain she's gonna blow!, woe

YOU CANNNOT, I REPEAT YOU CANNOT WITHHOLD THIS SOURCE. IT IS TREASON AGAINST YOUR FELLOW COMRADES.

IF YOU DO NOT OWN UP TO THIS SOURCE, I WILL DISOWN MR THORNTON FOREVER.

YOU CAN KEEP YOUR CRAPPY OPINIONS. MR THORNTON PROBABLY BOUGHT OUT THE PEMBERLEY ESTATE AND PUT COTTON MILLS ALL OVER THE TROUT POND.

Yes, it is membershitty, but as I am now a member, I could perhaps be doing article searches for good friends maybe?

P.S: This made me rofl (the second one).

Ha Ha, I am sure the number of good friends you have has just gone up by 3000% to include all history students.

What am I missing I can't view the page?
