...Might be a coping mechanism while he sorts out his memories from whatever memories he got from being Tchai for a week.

Also, Tchai's not an 'it'...he might be an alternate version of Don, and one you can't relate to, but he's still Don in some other world.

Just like Anthony. Calling him 'it' might not be helping you brother recover.
