You would recieve a 180-day sentence, with 180 days probation. Your sentence would be suspended. You would not recieve a suspension of your driving privileges, but you would be placed on probation, with various terms and conditions, including a drug and alcohol assessment.
At the present time, your case is set for a plea heargin on October 31, 2006 at 1:15PM. You will need to meet me on the third floor of the Montgomery County Court House at 1:00PM on that date, in order to take care of your case.
If you havea any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me prior to that time. In addition, please make sure that the remainder of your fees are paid on or before that date."
