Hello,
mealplanning! Long time no post. I've still been reading, and I've even been meal planning sometimes; I just haven't gotten around to posting. I'm going to try to fix that.
This week's menu will be chicken-heavy, as we were given a huge bag of chicken that wouldn't fit in our fully stocked freezer. We had to leave it in the fridge, and it has thawed, so I have to cook it up quickly. I'm also trying to get back into the habit of planning healthy low-sodium, carbs-balanced-with-protein meals, since my blood pressure has started going wonky again.
