A couple of days ago, my friend Marina and I went to the mall in downtown San Diego. It was quite the experience. First of all, the mall had really unorthodox architecture. It was completely open and had staggered levels. Everything was brightly colored and tiled. It was an awesome mall. To get to downtown San Diego, we have to take a commuter bus (the 150). Little did we know that THAT bus stopped running after peak commuter hours. So there we were waiting for the 150 at the bus stop, listening to a drugged-out bum sing love songs to us. The chick sitting next to us finally tells us that the 150 wasn't coming. The 34 wouldn't come either, which would be a two hour ride anyway. A taxi would be a little expensive. We ended up calling our friend Jia to come pick us up. Sleeping in downtown San Diego with the cracked-out crooning bum would've been a "different" experience.
For Valentine's Day, a group of us went ice skating! That was a blast. After ice skating, we came back and chilled until 7 in the morning! I ended up playing the guitar, singing and giving people tattoos. It was a good night.
