Tonight was great fun. My mum and I went to see Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, The Yarn Harlot and she was very funny, discussing the addiction that is knitting and all sorts of other topics. We then went to the Canoe Club and it was eventually fun, but first we had to endure the drunken idiot behind us. Bleh. There were about 25 knitters at the Canoe

Really, I'm thinking we need to get some of the fandom fibernuts together to share fic and patterns 'n' stuff. It would be awesome...even if they did all fit in my kitchen!

I think fandom and fibernuts together is a great idea. :) Perhaps there is a community in that somewhere
