Is it crazy that I felt all lightheaded and stomach butterflies as I filled in my workouts for the coming week in Training Peaks? I can only imagine that is a Good Thing!

With my pending MRI scheduled for Feb. 9, I need to pick up the pace a bit while still being mindful to build up the supporting muscles around my knee. That means EASY spinning, more walk/run than run/walk and "weights" focusing on mostly bodyweight exercises for glutes, quads, hamstrings and core.
Yes. I still have an IM in my sights for later in the year.
