PN V3 which is self-guided. The coaching program is $199. (I think) for 6 months. You still need the written stuff I think.

I'll bet good money that your nutritionist will give you a "carbs are best" speech. Most don't/won't support higher protein diets for the active. If carbs work for you as fuel, then go for it. But there are other ways. I, for one, can't do high carbs.

I know that cutting carbs WILL help me lose weight, because I did manage to do south beach for 12 weeks and lose 12 pounds. but I couldn't maintain it. High Cholesterol is the main thing I want help focusing on right now, and how to cut/eliminate dairy... towards that same goal. I will make sure she understands my goals and that it is a good fit before I go with any plan with her. My main attaction to her is she is also a therapist. she works with the food/emotion relationships.

Do you already have your precision books? let me know what you think when you get them.

Just curious if there's a reason for eliminating dairy ( ... )

re Dairy... mostly because my cholesterol is so high and I eat a lot of it and can't stand the low fat versions... and Brad cut it out and has had a lot better health including fewer sinus infections. I am in the process of weening myself and who knows...

I found cutting milk certainly helped me - stomach issues more than sinus - I still eat yogurt and cheese. Just not as much. And older (re: cheese) think blue or 5 year aged cheddar or parmesan cuz a little goes a long way. Which truly amazes me cuz I LOVE cheese. Amazes me what we will do/eat when it becomes important!
