... for the next 40 hours give or take. Feet up. Surf. Eat. Nap. Rinse. Repeat.
Ahhhh... I made it through another week!
The run this morning was an hour in zone1 so very very easy pace. It was sunny though cold and it went well. Tom and I ran together - for the first time - for the last kilometer or so which was nice. Weird. But nice. I'm SO not used to running company.
The weight work out afterward however?? KILLER!
Colin showed me a bunch of new core exercises and truly, I've just been playing at it until now. Yowch! As always, my mantra rings in my ears (with the Kanye soundbeat)... That which does not kill me, makes me stronger. Oy!
So a new bike workout on Sunday - hopefully OUTSIDE *woot* as long as there isn't too much snow from our forecasted storm tomorrow - and of course a swim on Sunday night, which will take me over the 9hour mark for the week. I can't imagine what I'm going to be up to NEXT week.
In the meantime... art related posting were few and far between this week as I try and balance "life" around these training sessions.
