I think I have about an 8% chance of passing this exam on Friday. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND Gestión Bursatil. It's depressing because the concepts with which I seem to struggle the most are ones that I ONCE understood in English- The Dividend Discount Model, Free Cash Flows, etc.
I am wasting my time studying. It isn't helping. I could have gone to the beach with Franci today. She's leaving Friday. Today was a beautiful day. I sat in my smelly, hot room. Waaaaahhhh!!!
I sent out an email to my group & Javi Sierra (JaviIntercambio) asking if anyone wants my Marketing book. Javi does. So we're exchanging a few emails. It's fun, and good practice. I hope we become pen pals or something. Too bad we didn't talk so much in real life. He wants to meet again soemtime before he leaves (next week.) I also want to become pen pals with Fran. Then we can fall in love like Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks in "You've Got Mail," only our relationship will be much more intense because of the language barrier. Or it will be like those 2 older famous people in "The Shop around the Corner." Or like Shannon Nora Bittmann and Francisco Valentín Sanchéz Berrueta in "Shannon's Life."
I finally emailed Katie about the wedding. I'm 100% sure that I'm invited, because Katie emailed Erin asking if it was okay to seat Eric & I at the same table, because didn't we used to date? What?! Wrong ditzy freshman.
One week from today I'll be in Germany with Anne! Yay! I'm so excited! One week?! Holy crap!! How did this all go so quickly?! I want my semester back!!
MMk, I should go back and study. Or watch Los Serrano. This may be my last chance to watch Los Serrano. Next Wednesday I'll be in Germany, and the following will be the night before I leave. Though, I'll be the only one left in San Seb, so I probably won't be going out. Connie says I should invite Fran over and watch it with him. I'm kind of afraid to let him know that I've been obsessively watching this show ever since he told me about it. I wish they sold DVDs.
