I hate car rides.
Especially long ones. And that’s exactly what I’m doing right now.
It’s boring, and I get car sick. My parents sit at the front, which leaves me the back. There’s no one to talk to, and I’m bored of listening to music. Seriously, I should stop procrastinating and download those new songs.
Wait. Why aren’t we moving?
Great. We’re stuck in a traffic jam. Can this day get any more terrible?
I’ll just look at the cars outside.
“Oh my god!! That car is so pretty!! And it’s pink!!”
Okay... Did I just say that out loud?
My parents are giving me weird stares.
I think I did.
Yay.
Stop looking at me. Stop looking at me. Stop looking at-
They turned back.
Why do I still feel like there’s someone watching me?
Shit. Is that boy staring at me?
He’s inside the car beside mine, and he’s looking in my direction. I had turned to my right, but immediately turned back when i saw him looking.
Is he still looking?
I want to know but I don’t want him to see me looking!
Maybe if i try looking from the corner of my eye without turning my head...

Why is he staring at me??
Do I have something on my face?
Mirror check.

What if he’s from a gang? He might get offended and get his gang to bash me up!

His eyes are beautiful.
And they’re looking straight into mine.

HIS CAR MOVED FORWARD!!!
He’s going to go! I’m never going to see him again! Never, ever. Not in a million years.

Oh. My car moved forwards too.

Ha! He’s knocking on the window of his car and waving to get my attention.

I’m looking back at him.
He stopped laughing. And he’s smiling at me.
His smile is so cute, I just have to smile back.
He looked down!

I can see his hands moving. Is he doing something?

He’s holding up a piece of paper. It’s covering his face.
It says...

On the paper are these three words, with numbers below.
Numbers?
OH MY GOD.
It’s his phone number!
Adding his number to my phone.
Wow. My body moves faster than my brain.
Done.
I look back at him. The paper is gone, and he’s there again, with his gorgeous smile.
The traffic is clearing up.
His car is driving away.
I’m not screaming this time around.
I’ll call him.

Call.
The phone’s ringing. I’m excited and afraid at the same time.
“Hello?”
His voice is so deep and sexy and warm and beautiful!
“Cho Kyuhyun?”
I sound so scared. Maybe I am.
“Yes. You are?”
“Lee Sungmin. The boy from the car.”
“Oh. Hi.”
His voice definitely sounds happier after knowing it’s me.
He’s talking.
I’m replying, half fainting from his voice.
