So I was trying to give this girl another shot... I really really was... but I just can't do it. She is SO cute... but maybe she's just not for me? I almost feel bad because other people seem to like her and want her so much and I'm just like 'Ya, she's really cute, right?'. I wanted her so badly before I got her, and she is absolutely as cute as I had ever imagined she'd be... but... well, what can you do, right? I took some last sale pictures and put her away in her box for a week just to see if the idea of selling her would scare me and... it doesn't. Or not enough, anyway, so she's going.
I hope she'll make somebody else so happy. :)

Description of Goods:
Volks SDC Renee from Dolpa 18 (December 23rd, 2007). I purchased her in May of 2008 from another DoA member, however she had not been played with AT ALL by that member. Even though she had only been out for a few months at the time, I already paid more than a 100% increase on her original cost. Renee is VERY rare and highly sought-after by collectors.
I do have the entire Renee fullset, HOWEVER, I would like to keep her original eyes as they are being used by another of my dolls and I really like them in her. I will offer a pair of 16mm purple glass eyes instead. So, what I am offering in this post is the following:
- Volks SDC Renee with original body and head with default faceup in excellent condition. She has been recently sanded to remove her seams and cleaned up by me and given a fresh coat of MSC UV-cut. I have sanded dozens of my own and others' dolls and I believe it to be equal to the job Volks did on my first when I ordered her sanded by the company, however this is my own opinion - I have tried to take pictures to show the job to the best of my ability.
- Original and complete default outfit including blouse, cravat, underwear with tail, skirt, boots, hood, and hat with ears. All in excellent condition, rarely worn and stored in a box when not on doll.
- Original wig in excellent condition. This has been on the doll since I got her but is still in like-new condition. She was rarely played with.
- 16mm purple glass eyes (shown in pictures)
- Original Renee paperwork with Volks pin
- Original Renee box. Box is in like-new condition, however please note that damage to the box during shipping will not be covered under the insurance as no shipping company will consider it. I will bubble-wrap the box, though, within another cardboard shipping box.
Basically, as I said - everything is default and original EXCEPT she will not come with her default eyes. HOWEVER, if this is a sticking point with you, please make me a separate offer for her eyes and I will consider it. Offers that do not request her eyes will take precedence, though - please keep it in mind. 16mm Smoke Olive eyes came default with Volks Renee, Yukinojo, Pearl, and Hinata - if you wish to try to find them on the boards separately, that's probably your best bet. I know I have seen them offered before, I don't know if I've ever seen another Renee other than mine.
