the last word/note to self?

dear jackie,

mental notes are good, but should not always be expressed verbally. pay increasingly closer attention to that which must be said, and that which everyone else (yourself included) does not probably need to know at that particular time in their life.

if it's unpleasant, it's probably because you're making it that way. this does not make your point void, but repeating yourself too much tends to put people in your family in institutions of various kinds.

p.s.

feed the cat. clean the house. eat breakfast. don't drink too much coffee. love others for the right reasons, and stop trying to change too much at once. yes, it is that simple if you'll allow it to be.

p.p.s.
go to bed, and understand that tag limits exist for a reason... as do thank you speeches at the oscars, and cross-examinations in a court room. stop talking. and start doing, but remember that you'll always be young enough to make the right decision as long as you don't convince yourself that you're too much of a broken record. trust yourself. trust others. figure out how to use the internet to your advantage, instead of complaining about it (and everything else) to everyone else. end of transmission.

(i think i know what faith, hope, and love might mean now.)
