Well. It's been a... bit? Since the last one of these I've done.

America's reached 17000 comments, Rita's reached 1500, and Ezio is just shy of 1000. So, in honor of that...

ASK ANYTHING MEME

Ask me something and I will reply and ask a question in return. So goes the circle! ♥

Relationship for Ezio and Kotoha? ♥

Ezio adores Kotoha! Seriously, tiny ninja is tiny and has wormed her way into his heart. He enjoys talking to her, even if he recognizes that sometimes he talks over her head, and sometimes he doesn't understand anything about what she's saying. But it's still fun, it's still a good conversation for him. And it's definitely making easing into being a full 500+ years into the future easier.

So, yeah, she has a man with enough weapons to supply a small army willing to mafia for her, should she ever actually need it. And maybe one day, he'll challenge her to hide and seek, to see if she can actually find him by feeling alone. I mean, it is sort of alarming to him, but at the same time amusing because he's never really had anyone be good at finding him once he learned how to blend.

So, yes. ♥ He is fond of her, and impressed with her ability to sense him in some way and is willing to mafia for her should she actually need it. He doesn't think that she will, but just in case. And he will enjoy making up a code with her.

Kotoha on Ezio?

Kotoha loves Ezio! He is actually the person she's felt happiest around that hasn't been a literal family member or a Shinkenger in (at least) a very long time -- which helps, because she doesn't have to think about being separated from them again when they leave Camp when she's with him. He's interesting, and could teach her a lot if he felt like he wanted to (and she would certainly learn as much as she could if he did), but more than that he's just a very fun person to be around and Kotoha likes people who can make her smile. ... which is most people, but you know. Moe.

She's already become very protective of him, but because she knows he can take care of himself, she wouldn't just jump to defend him unless it was obvious he needed it -- not that that would stop her from going into defensive tiny samurai mode, but she wouldn't actually do anything. She'd mafia for him, too, which by extension probably means you have five or six more people willing to back you by sheer force of puppy eyes association ( ... )

Well, Ezio's easy! He's going to go fight Rodrigo Borgia and be officially inducted into the Assassin's Order. Because, hilariously, at this point, he hasn't been inducted just yet. IDK, MY BFF UNCLE MARIO?!

America is going to get some McDonalds. And probably head to one of his major cities-- New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Austin... Hell, maybe he'll go on a complete road trip. And if he got out soon, he'd begin planning his Superbowl party.

Rita will probably go stay with Estelle for awhile, because she's a little clingy when she wants to be. And she really enjoys Estelle's company, even though Estelle's here. If she goes back alone, she's going to spend all her time trying to figure out how to rescue everyone else.

What is the one thing your characters miss the most about home?

Natsumi has a funny concept of "home" anymore. Most of what makes "home" what it is ... actually in Camp with her! But she misses her own bedroom, and her grandfather, and the traveling wherever they end up. She'd be fine without any of the other stuff as long as her grandpa showed up and they could start traveling again, though.

Kotoha misses her parents and her sister a lot. And the smell of fresh-cut bamboo (her family are bamboo artisans! And also samurai). But she's been used to being without it, because of her duty, so she's alright. Only a little homesick some of the time.

If yours could only eat one thing for the rest of their life, what would it be? In before "AMERICA EATS BURGERS".

Rita would probably eat anything that was quick and easy to make. She doesn't have time to actually put forward an effort into cooking, you know?

AMERICA WOULD EAT BURGERS FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE. But if Burgers are off the menu, he'd eat ice cream. He loves sweets, almost as much as he loves burgers. It's canon that England feeds him ice cream before every meeting. (Their relationship is weird without any character development in Camp, I swear.)

EZIO... He'd probably eat steak for the rest of his life, if he had to choose one thing to eat.

So, Kotoha is making dinner. What does she fix?

She tries to fix pasta, because it's supposed to be very simple, but she winds up failing miserably, overcooking the noodles and scalding herself with the hot water because Kotoha fails most domestic things she isn't given help with. It might still be edible. She gives whoever she was cooking for the most pitiful look they've ever seen, so even if it's not, they probably pretend it is.

Is there anything Ezio is just plain bad at?

GOD I DON'T KNOW. You think you know everything about Ezio, and then BAM suddenly he's fluent in French! Enough to fool French guards into letting him, just by claiming he's from Quebec. It's nuts, I swear. So, it's hard to point out something he sucks at, though I'm sure it exists.

OH WAIT. I know. He sucks at relaxing from his job. Even in Camp, he's never 100% relaxed. He's always waiting for the other shoe to drop, figuratively. And this often comes at the expense of relations, especially with his family. He just can't sit still or stay in one place for long. He also has a bad habit of overexerting himself, especially as he gets older.

What is Kotoha's favorite hobby?

The flute! She has a bamboo flute that she's actually very good with. I'm pretty sure either she or someone in her family made it, given their trade, but canon doesn't tell us. I like to think so anyway.

HIlarious bits of headcanon that you have for yours (if you have any)?
