It's August...
Already?
Where has this summer went? I like that it's been slower at work and pretty relaxed. I also like the fall because it's crazy between between travel and application season! It's a bittersweet time... once the kids come back I won't be able to breath till Christmas.
I'm going to Lansing this weekend to see my new apartment. (finally!!) It'll be a nice weekend, I've been looking forward to it since Sunday... haha. The weeks will start to pick up soon enough and I know I'll want to return to my carefree lifestyle.
Went to Relli's last night w/ Diemert. Had a blast! Just drinking and good conversation. We both realized that we haven't had too many great conversations with great people. (Especially lately) We just have to stick together! We'll probably keep each other sane in the fall.
