Ravencrow Neversmiles is a pretty great name.
Having a very difficult time these past few weeks. Would love to say that it's mostly a question of P being gone, but it's more than that. I think that there are too many top-level crises, and I haven't yet created a system for managing the top-level issues, and converting them into PRIORITIZED lower-level tasks.
I'm so stoked programming-side. It's been shocking just how many things are necessary to get a (semi-)simple program going.
- Python's built-in XML API works
- Capsule for handling the output from the XML methods (since I'm hampered by an older Python version to conserve compatibility with ArcGIS)
- ArcGIS's arcpy API
- Qt Creator for the UI
- Pyside wrapper for Qt
