Every day feels longer and longer. Of course, every day is longer, at the office. There's a terrible amount of work to be done, but be assured: we are doing it. No one is more aware of the increase in Death Eater activity, but if the headlines make you fearful, don't forget that there are those of us who aren't letting this slide by. I will fight this with whatever I have, up to death, and I know I am not the only one so committed. To anyone who reads this: don't run, don't hide. It only makes it easier for them.
Of course, there are more dangers every day. When it's not rumours of inferii it's giants or deaths or disappearances, which have become usual, sadly. I've been inspired by Kingsley Shacklebot and want to pay much closer heed to the Times, but I honestly haven't the time. I'll get what I can from him, but if others of you have the time to scour the Muggle papers, I have the feeling that many details will stop being lost on us.
You free anytime soon for a completely relaxed night? Frank never goes out anymore and I know he's still hung up on the Prewetts so I don't want to push him too hard but I think some social time could do him some good. Honestly, I don't have a firm plan. Just... anything to get him out of his shell a tad.
You looked especially handsome today. It took every ounce of my attention to not take extra trips past your desk. On a more serious note, what's your intuition on the Death Eaters right now? Everything appears so disconnected, and I can't imagine that such a meglomaniac wouldn't have a bigger plan on deck.
