Thoughts for today!
Aside from being super excited to have Rory coming home tonight (she's only been gone one night, but it's weird in the house without her there. She's getting groomed as we speak or maybe she's already done), I am trying to figure out some places to go while we are in NYC.
So this is what I've come up with so far (with a little help from Kenta):
1. Symphony Space (obviously for "Writers and their dogs.")
2. Crumpler and/or Timbuk2 retailers (for shopping purposes only!)
3. Ellis Island (historical)
4. Coney Island (historical and/or fun)
5. South St Seaport (looks interesting!)
6. New York Botanical Garden (flowers are always nice)
7. MoMA (educational)
8. Guggenheim Museum (educational and architecture)
9. Flat Iron Building, 175 5th Ave (architecture)
10. Central Park (again)
11. Ground Zero (maybe)
Maybe we can get to some of these places and I can take some pictures. We'll only be there for a few days, and we have to stop and eat at Kenta's meat-cart so he can have dinner and he can get me some good sushi.
I'll update again, I'm sure, before I leave. I'm getting excited. :)
