Weeknd Update
I love the Spring time. Flowers are blooming, the grass is green, and the birds are singing. This weekend in Pasadena (Maryland not California) was absolutely gorgeous and John and I took every opportunity to be outside. John had to work a couple of hours on Saturday morning,so I slept in and went to have breakfast at our usual place, a local place called Johnny's. After breakfast hookedback up with John and went and did some shopping at Target and Lowe's. Purchased a new light fixture for our kitchen and a new ceiling fan for our bedroom and looked at some outdoor gazebos for the back yard. The yard is really starting to take shape and look really great. Jason came over and hung out with us. While he was washing his car I attempted to install the light fixture in the kitchen. Part of the box the fixture bolts to broke and I was not able to complete the project. Will have to wait till John's dad comes down in a couple of weeks to fix it. Grilled out Saturday night for dinner and then went and had Ice Cream at the Daily Scoop in Pasadena. Sunday we met up with our friend Jeff for breakfast at Cactus Willie's in Glen Burnie. After leaving Jeff we headed back to Lowe's to return some itemsand bought a old fashioned looking water fountain of the garden. The pump clamps on to a half whiskey barrel that we have and makes a nice water feature for the back yard. John and I spent the most of the rest of the afternoon lounging in the back yard relaxing.
