My favorite topic - Vacation!! Paging Joy...
I wanted to mention that we are leaving for Cabo San Lucas on July 3rd and I CANNOT WAIT! We are going with another couple and I think we will have a blast. Joy, I have ganked so much info from your most recent Cabo trip and I cannot thank you enough! We got a package through Apple at a fantabulous price for airfare and a stay at the Sheraton Hacienda del Mar.
We were thinking Hawaii but after my mom died we decided to do a week at the beach in North Carolina with my dad and extended family so I didn't want to make a two week trip to Hawaii on top of that (Amber, I am SO sad, I was hoping to finally meet you in person). Mexico is much easier to get to for a shorter trip, so Mexico it is. We are going for 5 days/4 nights and I cannot wait to just veg the hell out and get my cerveza on.

Mariscos Mazatlan and Mocambo - same owner, right? seafood and ceviche
Mi Casa and O Mole Mio - same owner, right? The space at Mi Casa sounds very cool.
Gardenia - cheap tacos
El Michaocano - great carnitas that you order by the kilo. Sounds fun and authentic.
Joy, sounds like the Sheraton is great and try to go to the "back pool" with swim up bar to avoid the kiddies. Any other tips not in your review? I think we might check out the Nahui spa for some cheap massages. Have you snorkeled there before? Is it any good? If we wanted to go out for cheesy dancing one night where should we go? Thank you so much for your review and pics, they have me salivating.
