Glancing at my friends list it looks like everyone is having a crappy day...
- The doctor says my blood sugar is high (like 120) so I need to go on a low sugar/low carb diet. Being a vegetarian this could be difficult. I'm sure it's doable, but right now I'm just frustrated and confused on what to eat now. I'm gonna schedule an appointment with the nutritionist at Lifetime and they should help. But it sucks.
- I'm starting physical therapy for major back pain and muscle tension tomorrow. They called today to let me know my co-pay is only $25/visit. Of course if I have to go two or three times a week it means this just got crazy expensive that I don't have.
- Money was getting short and I was gonna end my gym membership, but that is a bad idea now. I suppose I can tax deduct my membership since it's for health care now, but ugh.. I'm gonna have to ask for a pay raise to cover my medical expenses :(
So, sending my thoughts out to y'all.. hopefully we'll all get better :)
