Only fourteen days until MDRF opening day. We went and got our fairevers today, and made sure that the combo locks on the booths would open for us. The one thing that I could not stop thinking as we walked around? "IT'S FREAKIN HOT!" I don't know how we do it every year, getting all garbed up in that heat and then consuming alcohol so that we're even hotter (but at least we don't care as much).
It was in the mid 80 degree range today, but humid. I guess that's why we mostly just sit a lot, then move to the next pub, then repeat.
Sanvean - I gota get back that last pair of hairsticks from you next time I see you. Finally, my hair will go into the sticks. The gloom cookies are my favorites (and your favorites, because they are just too cute for words). No more credit cards for me to go crazy shopping anymore :(
