A little bit of peace
Woohoo!!!
School is back in session. This means peace and quiet for at least a few hours every day. I love my kids but I love that they go to school as well.
My brother, who we brought with us from Boston last November finally has his own place. He has been going back and forth from our home to his daughters for the past three months. The great news about him having his own place is that we get the bed we transported from Boston. It's gonna be weird to sleep in a bed again, at least one that isn't in a hotel room. Prax and I have been sleeping on a futon with several layers of blankets, for softening, since we have been together. I'm probably not gonna be able to sleep at all tonight.
Speaking of sleep, have I mentioned that I am a chronic insomniac. I have been since I was twelve. Prax has the power of the sleepy though, so whenever we cuddle on the couch or listen to something on the radio before bed I'm out in minutes. I can't explain it, I just seem to be able to relax like I never have in my life when we are together.
