My understanding of your post correctly is you are "NOT" sending the reply you wrote. The reason being your concern it may prevent your family from inheriting any monies bequeathed to them in the event of your uncle's death.

Have I got that part correct?

If not, anything further I write will have no relevance. Rather than waste your time reading something of no consequence and mine in writing it; if you could clarify this issue for me, it would be most beneficial. Perhaps, you are not interested in another persons perspective and therefore it would not be necessary to reply. I will wait to see if you reply or not before saying anything further. How ever it works out, I truly hope it is for the best for all!
