"...Heenim?" Heechul asked, looking down at the words engraved in the pendant, biting his bottom lip; trying not to cry.
"Yes...It was what your grandmother called you, when she was still alive, right?" Hankyung replied.
Heechul opened his mouth to speak,but no words would come out. He cleared his throat, and finally looked up from the pendant. "H-how did you know?" He still stuttered out the words, and he hated it. He hated looking weak, especially in front of Hankyung, it would just make him want to protect him more. A few traitorous tears fell over his eyelids.
"I saw a note she left you in one of your piano music books..". Hankyung started to think this whole plan was a bad idea, once he saw the tears. "I'm sorry I really shouldn't ha-"
"No,"Heechul interrupted, he licked at his now dry lips,"No, Hankyung I lo-appreciate this."He twirled the necklace in his hand, catching the sunlight just right, making the necklace shine even brighter. "Put it on me?"
Heechul turned around so his back was to Hankyung, but not before giving the necklace to Hankyung. Hankyung lightly brushed away Heechul's hair from his neck, and clasped the clasp of the necklace. He placed a light kiss on his neck before turning him back around.
"Wow, it looks so pretty on you."
Heechul grabbed the pendant, examining it some more. He could feel tears welling up again at the sight of the six lettered word. God, what was wrong with him today? An inanimate object was making him cry, what's next?
What is Hankyung doing to him?
Hankyung lifted Heechul's chin up, he could tell Heechul was about to cry from the glassy look to his eyes. He pulled him into a tight embrace.
Heechul felt so warm in Hankyung's embrace. It was becoming so familair to him; and he liked that. It was something that would never change; and he loved that.
It finally happened; Heechul started to cry. He pulled Hankyung closer to him.
"Will you stop making me cry you jackass."
Hankyung let out a small chuckle. He now knew what he needed to say. "Heechul.." Hankyung lowly whispered. "Heechul, I want you to know I will never let that..that pitiful excuse for a human being ever hurt you again. I will not let him touch you, feel you, kiss you. Hell I won't even let him come near you. I will protect you Kim Heechul.. Even if it kills me."

So I'm writing a new fic. This chapter was short, but It's just the prologue. Was it a failure?
