Children of Satan

I need your help!
I’m looking for films with babys/son/daughter/children of the devil in it. Especially in a kind of sense that these kids could be kind of called “bastard children of satan”.
No. 1 example is - of course - Polanski’s Rosemarie’s Baby (1968).
Kind of an example is also The Omen. But I think it’s not a really good one because I’m not sure if you really could call Damien a “bastard”.
Anyway. So I need your help.
Do you guys know some other examples?
