You're just jealous, is all. Maybe we'll have to drive up to you and take you and hus into Mr. Sexxx E. Carrr. Back seats go all the way down as well as front.
Also, I wanted to comment on the diet thing as well. It's interesting to hear that the three drives battle it out. If more people knew that they should get laid or wack off instead of eating a cream puff, I bet many health crises could be averted.
And I wanted to ask whether or not you're a runner. If not, what kind of cardio do you do, typically? I hate running, but I keep reading that it's the best cardio out there in terms of results. I don't know if I can do it, though. It feels like such abuse on my body. I'm still playing racquetball, and I am considering adding swimming back to my routine this summer. Any thoughts on cardio?
I'd pick swimming over running any day, but I can't swim. If you do swim, though, do it before your workout, not after. A lot of people do the reverse, since the water is cold and you cool off after a workout. But it can put a strain on your heart and all because you're going from everything pumped up with blood, and then you hit cold water to make everything contract quickly.
I am not a runner, since I have no lungs and my knees can't take it. Instead, I use the elliptical. So on that I am running, but it's low-impact and I can force myself to do it strenuously for up to a half-hour.
The other great thing about ellipticals is what a friend of mine said to his wife who was trying to tone up again after her baby: "Honey, when I'm in the gym, the women withthe best asses are on the ellipticals." Look into it ;)
Thanks for the feedback. I tried a few minutes on the elliptical today; I can see how it's ass-blasting. I'm going to work myself up to a good pace and distance on that one. And I'll definitely head back to swimming. I went to the gym very late today (3:30), and I was supposed to have racquetball at 5:30. Thankfully, rball was canceled; I am wiped out. I normally lift at around noon or 1pm, then have rball late in the day. I don't think I can handle both right in a row. But tomorrow I'm heading back for more of that elliptical.
Another odd tip: Supposedly, the body sends a bunch of blood toward the stomach about an hour after eating. Blood = energy, so working out an hour after eating makes good use of that blood.

We have two drive-ins up here, but I don't have seats that go all the way down. Too bad.
