~Happy day for me~
Today started off as a crappy day. I had to wake up early, despite me going to bed at 2 AM, and open Little Caesars. I then dreaded the one hour I had to work with one of the managers, Valerie. She is a total bitch to everyone and is extremely lazy. Well, today around 10 AM, my friend Ashley walked into work and me, her, and the other manager, Carrie, decided to gang up on our boss and tell him all about the other manager.
Less than an hour later, our boss rolls into work and we all three did what we planned to do. It seemed at first that our words fell on deaf ears as all he did was sit in his office for about 15 minutes before leaving to do stuff.
Well, an hour or so later, my boss calls Little Caesars and tells the manager on duty that Valerie was fired. He said that he asked her if she was going to come into work today and she said yes. And then he asked her if she was going to be closing the rest of her days and then she said "I cannot control those idiots." All my boss said to her was that if she couldn't control the employees, then she wasn't doing her job correctly and that she should turn in her keys the next day.
I was so happy when I heard that. The manager on duty took Valerie's name off of the schedule, officially sealing her being fired. So, hopefully the rest of the week goes by alright and pretty quickly. I can't wait for the weekend again.
