I am going to be in Seattle from Thursday, 4/5 through Wednesday, 4/11.

I think your main hurdle is identifying your brand (which it looks like you've already done a lot of thinking about), articulating it in a way that resonates for your audience (ditto), and setting up processes upfront such that you're on the radar screen of the people who are actually hiring -- in advance enough that you have several months runway.
There are not exactly candidates out there with a half-century CS experience, and you may not fit so into a company's typical recruiting formula. There are definitely a subset of companies here that would kill to have you, relocate you, and pay you good money. It's just landing it.
BTW, I think networking is something that I gather you probably would self-describe as weaker in, but is probably the strength that would land you a job here. It may be worth talking through a few strategies when we meet.
