(no subject)
1. I'm feeling all sorts of postish over on the Hangar and it's so sloooow. Too slow! Well, I'll just keep amusing myself posting the randomest things for now.
2. I got to talk to Jeff today AND yesterday. That was nice. Earlier today he was in Turkey on his way to Qatar on his way to Germany on his way home. Last night when he called he said he was going to go out shopping for some Christmas presents for his family, and asked what he thought his sisters would like. I told him jewelry and purses, but reminded him that I'm the one sleeping with him, so he should remember me nicely, too. Today he and his crew left their rooms to go eat, and when they returned their stuff was gone. Apparently, billeting thought they had checked out, so they threw out a bunch of stuff. Um, hi!, they checked out and left all their gear? Who are the morons running that joint? Fortunately for Jeff he had already loaded all of his clothing and gear, so he lost the least, but still lost some stuff, that apparently had been thrown away. We decided that when his squadron deploys (around January 07), that I'm going to fly to Turkey some time to see him and SHOP. He was telling me about the beautiful furniture pieces he wants to get, and how much nice stuff they have there.
3. Ryan has class pictures tomorrow. Class pictures! Weep, for my baby grows.
4. Caelan is in her johnny-jump-up, having the time of her extremely short life right now. This is very good, as she has NOT been in a happy mood the last few days. Her VERY FIRST TOOTH came in yesterday (must put that in baby book - 9 Nov 2005, first tooth), and it's been making her feel a little yucky. Neither of us have been getting much sleep.
5. What's on tv tonight? Anything good? I swear I can't remember unless it's on on Tuesday. Or Related. Loving Related very much.
6. I put the boys to bed super early tonight, because they're terribly sick with colds, and not at all because they were driving me crazy with their incessant whining.
7. The first of the Daria videos came today, and I had to resist opening it for myself. I'm just going to have to package them right up and send them off as soon as the other arrives, or I'll have to pick a new Christmas present for bff.
8. GET OUT OF MY HEAD, you...people. Every time I see something on tv/papers/etc, something inevitably reminds me of one or more of you. I've already got Christmas presents picked out for Danty and Hppyfx, because certain commercials keep telling me they are the perfect items for said people, and have ideas for several others. So, I'm thinking the Christmas exchange would be good again. I get to think of Lyndsay everyday when I look at my calendar, which is nice.
9. I think I should mention how much I LOVE Lyndsay's new layout, because I might get in trouble otherwise. ;)
10. Kristin HAS to have had that baby by now, right? Praying it all went well.
11. GO POST SOMETHING ON THE HANGAR. That way I have someone else's comments to respond to, other than just my own.
