It's sitting on the steps and knowing the friend you want sitting there next to you can't.

Life is so strange right now. Right now I can't figure who are my real friends up here. It's tough. I don't feel like they care about the actual person inside. I thought about this once and the only phrase i could come up with to describe the whole thing is it seems people are looking more for acceptance than for love. I suppose that's the first step, but I need that more personal friendship. Someone who's just going to call me and say, "let's go chill." I miss the few people I could count on to do that.

Fall Break is going to be wonderful. I'll get to see those people. Three days of how life ought to be.
