Recipe time again!

Lasagna!!!



I just cook some of the lasagna noodle flats out, it's a three layered by the way. For the sauce, it was pretty basic, some premade pregolike tomato sauce, and chopped up in it is some of that sausage I used in that scramble, a whole onion, green peppers, and mushrooms, some olive oil and red wine, one of the best sauces I've ever made. For a cheese substitute, I took tofu and oil olive and put them in the food processor and it looked just like ricotta. I put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 375 and serve hot! Maybe with some garlic bread, yay! If you don't eat it all you can save it in the fridge.

PS: This could be the possible Prom night dinner, maybe.
