Heh, I agree, Logan needs to punch Piz.  And though my own post was largely negative, I went more for trying to figure out WHY I'm having issues with this season, rather than just baseless whining.  I hope.  It's getting good reactions so far, anyway.

Also, the principle Veronica explains to Meryl is Occam's Razor, and though I thought Veronica's usage of it in this episode was simply a sucktastic way for her to excuse her own special, obnoxious brand of jumping to the wrong conclusion like it's hot, it's always been one of my favourite scientific principles. :)

Aww, I'm glad!  I was trying very hard to not be too negative, but just to understand why it's been bothering me so much.  It's still my favourite show, but that doesn't mean I can forgive it everything, especially huge issues, just because it still holds that title.

and the weird lip thing Meryl was doing? totally a quirk from Amanda Walsh, the actress. She used to be a VJ on Muchmusic for a couple years here in Canada, until she left to "pursue her acting career."

she's only been in a really bad movie with David Boreanaz so far, an episode of Smallville, and now VM, so she's slowly moving up. lol.

I didn't recognize her at all until you said the David Boreanaz thing. Damn that movie looked bad, haha. At least Walsh can act though, opposed to a certain other VJ turned actress (*cough*girlfromOneTreeHill*cough*). Was she anything good on Smallville?

if my boyfriend punched a dude just because the guy had a crush on me, i would leave him. for what it's worth, i think veronica would consider it, too. that would be a classic aggressive fucked up logan, who veronica is not a huge fan of.

i mean, come on. i know that would make good tv but in reality, people shouldn't just go around smacking the shit out of each other for no good reason.

My problem isn't really the crush. Because, really, Piz is kinda innocent. It's the whole "they're sharing a room together" and no Wallace there to keep them "apart." It's kinda suspicious.

And really... Logan and Veronica are being a very weak couple in my opinion. Their breaking up kinda look inevitable at this point. She doesn't seem to trust him at all and where is that going to get her? He's trying so hard (which is why I think it was amazing of him to act above his jealousy) and trying to please her. It's just infuriating sometimes.

Yay positive! I looooved the episode. I think it was my favorite all season.

The "yeeeeeah buddy!" snark was my favorite. Aaand I thought the whole drugged up Veronica scene was really well done and terrifying.
