Friends don't let friends get eye raped
I think we can all agree that the new Batman is going to be wonderful and everyone is getting themselves worked up into a frenzy. In that frenzy you might find yourself purchasing Batman Gotham Knight. I urge you to shield your eyes from this display of insanity. It was a complete and utter waste of time. By the 3rd story my hope that things were going to get better had officially faded. By the 4th story I was ready to just turn the damn thing off and be done with it. By the 5th story, Brian was close to agreeing with me that we should turn it off. Finally the 6th story released us from it's terribly boring grip and we went to Dairy Queen to get the taste of filth out of our mouths.
It is not good. You know the old saying "Show, don't tell." Well there is a hell of a lot of telling. How many cool Batman poses can one cartoon have? By the second one, I was bored with the concept. The 6 stories try to merge into each other but they fail and there is still no clear plot. It is beyond frustrating.
No one really warned my about Pirates of the Caribean 3, so I feel it is my duty to warn others of the horror that is contained on this disk of supposedly harmless cartoons.
Oh and I think the art is highly overrated. The 6th story was the only one where I didn't want to punch the animator.
