I'm a woman and I voted for Obama!!!

If one more stupid article generalizes that women voted for Hillary I will scream. I don't like the woman! She would have done NOTHING for me or my gender no matter what she managed to promise and pander. I am filled with anti-Hillary rage right now. Not sure what set me off, but it did.

Hillary is stupid and ( Read more... )

Obama has never done anything even remotely thuggish. Even through all of the Clintonista's race-baiting and doing McCain's work for him, Obama has taken the higher ground. Even when she kept trying to undercut him during the debates, he would maintain the higher ground and expertly deflate her criticism.

I really wonder if you've actually seen any of Obama's speeches because the Obama you describe is only present in the rantings of right-wing lunatics like Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Michelle Malkin. In other words, the Obama you describe is nothing more than a massive work of fiction.

There are two candidates in this campaign who have repeatedly changed their argument. One is John McCain and the other isn't Obama.

Actually, the right-wing lunatics you mention at least articulate their dislike of Obama far better than Mick has.

I will give the right-wing that, at least when they say crazy things it sounds true and comes off as educated commentary. Freaking hypnotists!

What irritates me the most are the women who say they will vote for McCain over Obama. Which leads me to wonder how much those women really care about women's rights when McCain is HORRIBLE on that front -- pro-life, ultra-conservative, anti-health care, anti-middle class, etc. If McCain gets into office, he will appoint ultra-conservative judges who will make it their mission to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Most women don't know that he's pro-life. Excuse me, he avoids the issue by saying thats a "States rights" to make that decision. He goes with his little "maverik" persona and hopes noone will notice. Plus most of those women saying that are of the older generation. I remember when my mom and grandma were talking about Bush Sr and my mom was trying to convince my grandma to vote for Clinton based on his many issues, one being abortion. My grandmother said "Being pro-life or pro-choice is not an issue that affects me." To which my mother answered "you have two daughters that could possibly need an abortion not to mention two grandaughters. Don't you want them to have the right to make that decision?" If we aproach older women with this kind of thought, I hope it will jog their working brain cells.

Of course Grandma voted for Bush Sr. Clinton would have taken their guns away. ;)

This is why we need to get on the ball. We've lost a lot of traction to McCain because of Clinton dragging this out so long despite the fact that it was mathematically impossible to win and even worse, she's been doing McCain's work for him. The Stephanie Miller Show just reported that the GOP came out with an ad that used Clinton's "McCain has a lifetime of experience, Obama has a speech" words against Obama.

Thanks, Hillary. You've been a trooper! Now get behind Obama and tell everyone you want him to win the nomination. While you're at it, graciously say no when Obama offers you the VP slot, because we need a ticket that the Republicans DON'T have a playbook written on.

She just isn't loyal to her party. She's loyal to whatever it takes because she knows what's best.
Once she has a stupid fundraiser to try to get some of her campaign debt paid off and she steps out of the race officially I will be happy to see the back of her!
