Freaking murphy's Law!!!
Arrrrg!!, well this happened a couple of days before,but I just wanted to post it so I could remember it later... Turns out that I had a special cable to record the meeting plenary sessions, and I was sure I had put the stupid cable in the bag of the laptop that I was going to use to record the thing... So the morning that I was to set up the laptop, i search for the cable, and it is not there!!, dammit!! I hate my memory I don' t have a clue of where i put the cables.. thankfully I had a backup one that would not as good as the original, but at least it works... anyhow, I set up the laptop to record the stuff... and the piece of crap starts dying on me!! I couldn't believe it... so I had to use on of the display laptops to record also.. which is not the best thing to do, but anyhow the situation was saved... by a thread... those are the things that take a few years off my lifespan... well, now things are good and everything is proceeding smoothly.. so I'm happy :-)
