Oh God, I loved this. I,too, admit to a weakness for strong!Rodney - the only one that can relieve John of whatever burden he's carrying at the time. This was so lovely and powerful. Well done.

You can really feel the exhaustion in both of them in this, and how far beyond useful words they both are. Communication through action works a lot better. Lovely ending.
