Yeah, I'm alive...
Been a while since I've posted, but there really hasn't been much going on. Just...life.
Last week I came home from work one day and my computer wouldn't boot up properly. Thought it was a horrible problem, since I got the blue screen of death...well, one of them. But it turns out that somehow my mouse went berzerk...might've shorted out or gotten zapped or just died of old age. Regardless, I got a new optical mouse and damn is it cool...much better than the old-fashioned ball mice (mouses?). I'm just glad it was that simple of a problem instead of a huge problem like it originally appeared to be...
May be getting a cell phone soon...not a full-service deal. Just a limited-service prepaid plan for emergencies and whatnot. Nothing to get all excited about, but still kinda cool. More details to come. :)
Congrats to Amber and Mike on their recent tying of the knot. Just wonder if the Church of the Crystals has stained-glass windows... ;)
My parents came down this weekend to go to the Ice Eagles games. The team is still playing like crap, but still won 5-0 and 7-3 this weekend because the team we played was absolutely horrible. I really wish there was some way to have my dad down for a weekend without my mom coming with him. He and I get along so well and I really think he could use a break from her. I don't know why he continues to put up with her...I am so glad that I don't live with her anymore.
Uh...so yeah, that's about it. My life is really boring right now. Work has been crazy...last week was and this week will be nuts because several people are sick and one is taking an impromptu vacation. So yours truly gets to pick up the slack and run around like a chicken with his head cut off in the process. Thus, I need sleep. So that's what I'm going to do...sleep.
