That would certainly make for some interesting conflicts in the operations of Atlantis. How will Rodney deal with the technologically advanced Asgard. I wonder how he'd deal with not being the CSO.

I could also see Tok'ra being met with suspicion when they go on missions (or even on Atlantis themselves. One Goa'uld who manages to infiltrate (or just a Tok'ra with questionable ethics) could make people suspicious in general.

The whole feeling of living on Atlantis would change. Right now Atlantis only seems to be different from an Earth base in the decorations and a few cool tools. But with such a diverse group of peoples it would be more like... a space port or so (I'm thinking of the Mos Eisley Cantina in Star Wars now).
