This is a really lovely story. I usually find stories where Rodney is submissive to be a little bit unbelievable, but you really pulled it off here.

Two thumbs up!

Most BDSM stories make getting the people on the same page way, way too easy -- this may be the first one I've ever read where I never had to suspend my disbelief about their communication. Excellent, excellent work.

I'll be honest, I don't like BDSM stories usually at all. And I loved every single thing about this story! Can't give any higher praise than that.

John heads to the lab, and the oddness between him and Rodney doesn't stop Rodney from hugging him - apparently they hug now - at the news and making all the scientists present salute him, too: half of them give him the Vulcan salute, a couple give the one from Red Dwarf, and one guy seems to be doing a Ministry of Silly Walks thing. John gives them his best salute back anyway.

So awesome! &hearts I really enjoyed the mix of humor, intriguing plot, and scorching hotness in this. Your John-voice was excellent and felt really in-character to me. Loved this!

Thanks for quoting that part, that was one of the bits I was happiest with. I'm glad you liked it!
