Then sign up as a backup here! Most of our volunteers signed up at the start of the fest, and not everyone is available now, so we could do with a few more to make sure everything

Just a hypothetical question -- if you're already on a team and wrote a story, could you write a second, backup story for that same team, or is it strictly a one-shot deal?

Yes, of course you can volunteer! If your own story is in, you're free to volunteer as a backup. No guarantee you'll actually get to write another one, though - it'll depend on how many backups we have available. :-)
