Amazing. Simply amazing, both the way you tell this story and the story itself. I loved the way John and Rodney kept trying to end the hunt, to bring the knife down, and failed each time because they just couldn't do it, even if they didn't know why.

Holy crap! I was reading through my fingers from the point the hand Rodney the mirror in the infirmary til the end. Great sense of menace and desperation running throughout the story. Fabulous job!
