The Butterfly Tells All - or at least what's asked
So, I was supposed to go yesterday but it was the day before posting day so I forgot. Doh!
1. How long have you been writing fan fiction?
I've been writing fanfiction since I was thirteen and I saw the original X-men movie in 2000, so that's 7 years. I started in het and when i was about...16 I started to gravitate to slash. I rarely look back.

2. Have you participated in any other fandoms?
Oh yeah. I'm a bit of a fandom slut. I'm just going to list the fandoms I've written in because I've participated in way more without writing so here goes-
Het: X-men, Smallville, Doctor Who(2005 series), Firefly, Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural
Slash: Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel, The OC, Queer As Folk US, Entourage, Grey's Anatomy, Hollyoaks, Kitchen Confidential, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,Veronica Mars, The Fast and The Furious, Four Brothers
One hit wonders (slash unless otherwise noted): Numb3rs, Smallville, The 4400, Batman Begins, The Venture Brothers(het),

3. What do you enjoy most about SGA and/or SGA fandom?
This is my first time in the SGA fandom as a writer and I only found the show this summer. But I love the true ensemble nature of the show. I mean, yeah, its mostly John's show but everyone plays such balanced and important parts. Plus, its a fun show with great writing.
What I love about the fandom is that all the great writers of other fandoms have seemed to migrate to SGA, so you a huge collection of really smart, really talented writers all clustered around one concept and that, to me, is just BLISS.

4. Why did you choose to join Team Angst?
My best friend ashley once accused me of being made of angst and its probably true. I have a very hard time writing fluffy, happy fic. I dont feel like there's enough to drive a story in my happier work. Also, I like my heroes or heroines to have to WORK to get to that happy ending. I feel like its sweeter for the pain they've had to suffer to get there. Angst was

5. Where can interested readers find more of your work?
If you're interested in my work, *most* of it is located at my memories. The older(and admittedly not as good) fic that isnt there is slowly going to be added to my LJ memories or uploaded to my currently sparse accounthere.
