How long have you been writing fan fiction?
Writing? I'd say about a year, although I don't really write all that much - it seems like I only get ideas for writing something when I have a prompt or challenge of some nature.

Have you participated in any other fandoms?
In terms of writing, no. But, I have been reading slash since 1996 or so (I started in the Xena fandom!!), and have read in a variety of fandoms (in rough order: Xena, X-files, Highlander, Sentinel, Sports Night, Harry Potter, Smallville, SGA, Due South (yes, DS last. Don't ask me, I don't know)).

What do you enjoy most about SGA and/or SGA fandom?
Several things:
* I really love how the fandom has made what is, objectively speaking, a pretty crappy show into something that I am not only willing to watch but am anticipating with an enormous amount of glee.
* I am a very fast reader, and I love that the stories are getting written faster than even I can read.
* In addition, and this is probably an effect that could be traced to any number of causes, I love that the average quality of writing in fic is amazing - back in X-files days, the average fic was far below published book standards. In SGA, I feel that even the fics that would be considered mediocre within the fandom are actually fairly high quality in objective assessment.

Why did you choose to join Team Angst/Team Romance?
Write what you know? Or rather, in my case: Don't write what you don't know. To be perfectly honest, I love reading Romance stories; the thought of having to *write* one fills me with dread.

Where can interested readers find more of your work?
