MCR Appreciation Week: Day Five!
Hello! I'm bringing you day five of MCR appreciation week: favorite quotes! I jumped all over this one when we were picking out the days we wanted to post because this band says a lot of really hilarious or earnest or random things that have amused me for as long as I've been in bandom. However, I do believe my favorite quote of all time (which is so hard to narrow down) is this one from Gerard:
If some shitty-ass rock dude in some shitty-ass rock band asks you to show them your tits for a backstage pass, I want you to spit right in their fucking face and yell "FUCK YOU!"
I think that it's my favorite because it is so bold and IN YOUR FACE, which is a lot of what I love about MCR concerts and them in general, so it encases one of my favorite aspects. Also I think it's just really awesome overall.
