I didn't think Planetary would be a single 'cause they've been already playing it for a while due to it being in that racing game. I'm not complaining, though!

Now I wonder...
1: Will it have a video? (I guess so...)
2: Will said video be part of the story...or one where they'll take a break from it -a possibility that Gerard mentioned?

I think it makes MORE sense that it's the next single, since it's had some exposure and they've decided the reaction is extremely positive.

As for your questions:

I'm really excited about a Planetary-video. I wonder in what form we'll see the Killjoys again and if it's in Planetary - I mean, both Frank and Gerard cut off their signature Killjoy-hair. and seeing as Korse was putting Party into a bodybag at the end of sing... maybe he comes back brainwashed as a scarecrow.

Gerard also said something about next time, there'll be swords (fighting).

Yeah, the haircuts could fit into the story (cut my hair, gag and bore me? xD). Although of course, they could have cut it just because they wanted it, or because they'd already shot the video and they didn't need to keep the same look anymore. Anyway, I'd love it if Planetary was the next part-of-the-story video, but since Gerard said they wanted to take a break from the story I'm not sure! Well, if it's a random video I'm very interested the same...could be fun. We know we'll get the 3rd (and probably last)part of the story eventually anyway. :D

I take a random video, too. I wouldn't terribly mind waiting if the next Killjoys-video is awesome, which I'm pretty sure it's gonna be.

still happy that Planetary is going to be single, because I love that song.

Yeah, but in this case it could be true 'cause it's not like he said there WON'T be any more videos inside the story, just that they'd probably take a break and have a random video in the middle. It'd kind of work better for them promotion-wise, it keeps the expectation for longer while they're still giving us something in the meantime. Anyway, it could be separate from the first two videos and still be an AU, even inside this same AU like patentpending suggested (I hope!). :D

For some reason in this video, I'd like to see the Killjoys watching another band (possibly themselves in different clothing or even masks of some sort) at some seedy bar/club in the middle of the dessert, filled with other killjoys and what the hell ever exists in their world, starting a violent mosh and ending with a gigantic bar fights with ray guns shooting everywhere and them peeling off into the night in their trans am, laughing their asses off, bloodied and bruised from the scuffle.

That wouldn't follow the story, but it would still fit into the verse, obviously, and it would just be ridiculously fun to watch.

omg, awesome. the other band should probably be Mad Gear and the Missile Kid. I approve of the mosh pit and the bar fight and generally of bloody and bruised Killjoys. :-)
