hey, im noelia from argentina, south america, and im here represent the mcrmy argentina. as you all might know my chemical romance have NEVER been here, we 've been waiting for them for YEARS, and they never showed up. truth is... we're really tired... sometimes you're waiting for months to see them again, and you feel like dying, imagine us... YEARS WAITING, all that we do is wait and wait and wait... for nothing. so... we decided to do a parade - this is our second - to show them, and all the people that we love them just like every single one of you, and yeah, gerard said that this tour, they're coming finally to south america, but we had planned the parade before that, so we did it, the last 17th of november, and we didnt care. we been hearing 'yeah, this year, next year' for months... and we cant wait anymore. well, i'll stop writing, this is what we did:
