Projector People inna Place

I know some of you use projectors at home for watching TV, gaming, and the like. I'm trying to help a friend research projectors for a traveling/trade show type scenario and I have a few questions I thought some of you might be able to answer about your particular model:

-is it portable/durable?
-will it run off of a laptop - mac or pc?
-how much was it/are they now?
-is it easy to set up/break down/travel with?

any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
